One-On-One Personal Training
Individualized attention, fitness programing and coaching, plus on-going nutritional coaching and support.

- Session packages last anywhere from 3 to 6 months
- Average price is between $200-$440 per month depending on frequency
Semi-Private Personal Training 2-4 People
Share the cost with two to four people and still get individualized attention and coaching while enjoying the support of a small group dynamic. This is like a mini functional boot camp, only a little more personal. Learn proper technique and build your core foundation while creating lasting change. My group stays small so I’m better able to provide individualized attention with in a truly small group setting.

In home training available -Minimal equipment needed. Price will depend on location and frequency.
